1. All above mentioned articles are property of Indra Residency.
2. Occupants are requested to use property and above items carefully to avoid any damage.
3. Any damage / loss of the above articles / items, mentioned price against each will be recorded from the security deposits.
4. 50% of payment should be made at the time of booking and remaining 50% before arrival. In the event of cancellation, payment will be non-refundable.
Term
1. Extra bed will be charged @ Rs. 500.
2. Maximum 6 persons can stay in one flat, if the persons exceeded then we request you to reserve an additional flat.
3. Extra cost to be pay for using parking area for doing any kind of small function. (from 8am to 1pm @ Rs. 2500 and from 3pm to 8pm @ Rs. 2500). If it is for whole day then it will be charged Rs. 5000.
4. The capacity for doing functions in parking area is only 50 persons and guests are requested not to use the premises outside of the gate.
5. It is your responsibility to take care of your personal belongings. If any loss or damaged happen to your belongings then provider is not responsible. If possible we may use reasonable endeavors to retain any lost items for up to 3 months after your departure date.
6. Check in time is 11am and check out time is 10am.
7. Key is to be collected at the time of check in from the office between 11am to 6pm and it’s guests responsibility to take care of keys.
8. Any kind of nuisance is not allowed in this premise. (use of sound system is strictly prohibited). An additional charged will be made if the management team is called out in response to a nuisance complain.
9. Guests are requested not to use facilities other than provided by us. Any type of caterer materials provided by the other is not allowed to use in this premise.
10. We expect the apartments to be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness and order on departure.
11. Other services e.g. car parking, dry cleaning, laundry, extra cleaning are available on request.
